Our genes influence how we sleep and when we feel most alert. By discovering our sleep type, we can optimize our health and well-being. We can find out our sleep type by taking a genetic test or an online quiz. There are four main sleep types:

Lions: They are early risers who have high energy, optimism, and discipline. They go to bed and wake up early.

Bears: They are normal sleepers who follow the natural light cycle and are sociable, adaptable, and friendly. They need 7-8 hours of sleep per night

Wolves: They are night owls who have creative, impulsive, and emotional personalities. They go to bed and wake up late.

Dolphins: They are insomniacs who have high intelligence, perfectionism, and anxiety. They sleep less than 6 hours per night and wake up several times
